2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1. To ensure efficient scheduling and quality service, Stellular Sounds requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
2.2. Cancellations and rescheduling requests should be made via email or phone call, and confirmation of receipt will be provided by Stellular Sounds.
2.3. Failure to provide 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of this fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
3. Payment and Fees
3.1. Payment for Stellular Sounds services is due in accordance with the agreed-upon terms between the client and Stellular Sounds. Payments can be made through the approved payment methods.
3.2. If a cancellation fee is applicable as per the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Section 2), this fee will be billed to the client, and payment is expected promptly.
4. Confidentiality
4.1. Stellular Sounds respects the privacy and confidentiality of all clients. Any information shared during the therapy sessions, whether personal or medical, will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing sound therapy services.
4.2. Stellular Sounds will not disclose any client information to third parties without explicit written consent from the client.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Clients are responsible for arriving promptly for their scheduled appointments, whether in-person or virtual.
5.2. Clients should ensure they are in a suitable environment for the therapy session, free from distractions and disturbances.
